Peaches & Greens

Mixed Media on Canvas. A playful interpretation of botanical forms in a contemporary multi layered painting.

I’ve used multiple layers of colour here, in a range of mediums from acrylic inks, oil bars, pastels and many, many more. I’ve also used a wide variety of mark making techniques to bring interest to each of the layers - zoom in to view. Finished in oils, then all sealed with a satin finish, protective art varnish. Sure to catch the eye on any wall, bringing joyful colour and pattern to your interiors.

The title came about by asking for some advice from my Instagram followers - so thank you to them too!
